A human resources professional with 25 years’ experience, including senior HR leadership at Deutsch Morgan Grenfell HR Consulting and Prudential plc, culminating as Head of Resources and Talent for UK and Europe. In August 2005, she became a talent management and assessment consultant. Her expertise is in managing large-scale resourcing and talent management strategies and implementation programmes. She also designs leadership assessment and methodologies for talent programmes, focusing on selection for redundancy. More recently Helen specialised in assessment for ‘readiness for Partner’ with several professional firms in the City, focusing on key psychometrics and leadership behaviours. She has worked for a variety of public and private sector organisations.
