Mark provides counsel to Boards, CEOs and senior management on business strategy, organization design, executive development, compensation, and performance improvement. He served on the Board of four mining companies, chairing both Compensation and Governance Committees as well as the Governance & Nominating Committee of a not-for-profit organization.
He has worked in North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia with organisations ranging from start-ups to global multi-billion-dollar enterprises.
Prior to his consulting and Board work, he was the Vice-President, Human Resources at Inco Limited. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree and PhD in Economics.
